How soon is my site live?
One week for the site Engines. For a custom project, the firm timeline comes on your discovery call.
What exactly is Ignition?
The one-time setup fee: we build, connect, test, and launch. After that, you run on your monthly.
Can I switch Engines?
Anytime, up or down — it takes effect the next monthly cycle. Moving down turns off the features of the tier you left; setup already paid isn't refunded. Your Engine follows your business, not the other way around.
What happens if I cancel?
Nothing’s rigged. At 24 months, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to the generated website, a full export of your data, and transfer of the domain you already hold. Your data is exportable at any time, not just at the end. Nobody’s locked in at Motrik.
Where is my data hosted?
In Canada, in line with Quebec's Law 25.
