9555-7435 Québec inc. ("Motrik"), with its head office at 1968, rue Caroline-Therrien, Sherbrooke (QC) J1H 0H2, is responsible for the processing of personal information collected on this site.

The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Jérémie Albert, reachable at direction@motrik.ca.

When you fill out the quote form, we collect your name, your contact details (email, phone, city), your business name and situation, your goals and the budget you indicate, and any content you send us.

We also keep the source of your visit (ad campaign, if any) and an anonymized technical fingerprint of your IP address, used solely to prevent form abuse.

This information is used only to prepare your quote and to contact you about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share it with any third party for commercial purposes.

Collection is based on your explicit consent, given by checking the box provided in the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to direction@motrik.ca.

Your data is hosted in Canada, in the Canada Central region of our infrastructure provider.

Our transactional emails are delivered by a sending provider that may process the destination address outside Canada, solely for the purpose of delivering the message.

We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up on your request and our business relationship, after which it is deleted.

The anti-abuse fingerprint is purged automatically after 24 hours.

You have the right to access your information, to have it corrected, and to request its deletion.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time and request PORTABILITY of your information — receiving it in a structured, commonly used technological format —, to the extent provided by Quebec’s Law 25.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

This site enables no measurement tool without your explicit consent. A banner asks you on your first visit; declining is as easy as accepting, and the site works fully without consent.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (page views, sections viewed, submissions), never tied to your name, email, or phone. No advertising tool is loaded for now.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the "Manage my consent" button at the bottom of this page — or by writing to direction@motrik.ca.

In the event of a confidentiality incident posing a risk of serious injury, we take reasonable measures without delay to contain it and limit its effects.

We keep a register of incidents and, where the law requires, we notify you and Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information, in accordance with Law 25.
