Management software for roofers and finishing trades

From the quote on the roof to final payment, every job moves forward without lost paper. One system — your website, your operations, your clients and your payments — actually built by a local team.

The quote starts on the roof, not at the desk

Photos, measurements and exclusions attached to the property at inspection; the quote is built on top and accepted online.

Reschedule a rained-out day on one screen

Jobs, crews, materials and urgency in one place: you move it, the customer and the crew are notified.

The roof’s warranty and history follow you

Install date, covering, crew, dated photos: enough to defend an insurance file and to reach out at the right time.

A roofing job is won or lost before anyone climbs

Roofing is a trade of windows: the weather window, the season window, and the attention window of a homeowner who just saw a stain on the ceiling. Between the call and the first shingle there’s a roof visit, a measurement, a per-square-foot quote, a materials lead time, scaffolding to book and often an insurer in the picture. Every one of those steps is a place where a job slips away.

We build the system that holds them together. One file per property — address, covering, slope, last inspection — a quote that turns into a scheduled job, and a customer who can see where his file stands without calling you on a Friday night.

From the roof inspection to the accepted quote

A roofing quote can’t be done over the phone. You have to climb, measure, photograph the flashing, the valley and the attic ventilation, then judge whether to replace or repair. That judgement is worth money, and it fades in three days if it lives in your head and in your phone’s camera roll.

Photos and measurements attach to the property file at inspection time. The quote is built from there: area, chosen covering (asphalt shingle, elastomeric membrane, metal), ventilation, debris disposal, and the exclusions written in plain sight. The customer receives it, accepts it online, and that acceptance becomes a job in your schedule — not a note to transcribe.

Weather, sequence and crew

A roofer doesn’t schedule hours, he schedules workable days. Forecast rain pushes three jobs, and the delay propagates: delivered materials sit, rented scaffolding costs, the crew has nothing to work on. Rescheduling cleanly means knowing, on one screen, which job can move and which cannot.

Every job carries its duration, its crew, its ordered materials and its urgency — a leaking roof does not wait behind a cosmetic re-do. When you move a job, the people involved are told: the customer by message, the crew in the field app, with the address, the access and the list of what comes off the truck.

Claims, warranties and preventive inspections

After hail or high wind, the phone rings with insurance files: the homeowner needs a report, dated photos and an estimate he can hand to his insurer. That’s neither the same billing nor the same contact as a cash customer.

The payer, the supporting documents and the timestamped photos stay on the property file. Once the job is done, the warranty starts running: the system knows when the roof was installed, with which material and by which crew, and can reach back out for a preventive inspection at the right time — within the anti-spam rules, never cold.

The customer who can see his job moving

A roof is a large expense for a homeowner, and a long wait between the signature and the first morning of work. Silence during that wait is the number one cause of anxious calls — and sometimes of a cancellation in favour of whoever answered faster.

The client portal shows where his file stands: quote accepted, materials ordered, planned date, any announced shift, photos of the finished job, invoice and warranty. It’s the same information you have, presented on his side. A homeowner who can see his file moving doesn’t call to check whether it still exists.

What roofers and finishing trades ask us

Does it handle insurance files after a hailstorm?
The property file keeps the payer (the insurer or the owner), the timestamped photos, the measurements and the estimate. You pull the document to present without rebuilding the file from memory. We don’t replace the broker or the claims adjuster — we give you the piece you can hand over.
We subcontract for general contractors. Does that fit?
Yes: a job can have a billable client different from the building’s owner, with its own payment terms and its own contact. That gets configured when we build it, instead of living in a separate file.
Our guys on the roof are not going to fill out software.
That’s why the field app is limited to what makes sense with gloves on: the address and the access, the list of what comes off the truck, before/after photos, and a “done” button. The rest fills itself in at the office from that.
